The Results

And so what we’ve done is we’ve gone through the complete rehab. We’ve got it ready for market with Team KCPG. We ultimately staged it, which you can kind of see around us right now. And then ultimately brought in that next buyer. And that’s our goal with KC Property Guys is to take this particular story from a family who had been here for 30 years, and we’re trying to get the house ready for the next 30 years, the next generational family. So they can raise their kids here, and they feel that they have a very good quality product that’s going to last them through their lifetime and their house time that they’re going to spend here.

So this is kind of the end of the chapter for us. And this is what we do at KC Property Guys. We’re rehabbers at the end of the day. We don’t hold a lot of properties. We hold some, but we tend to rehab more than we actually hold. And so this house has been touched from top to bottom, down to the outlet covers, to the flooring, to the paint, to the granite, to the new deck, interior and exterior, this house has been touched, and it’s ready for that next family. So in the end, whether we get the house through an estate or probate, trust, will, tired landlords, in this case just a generational family who are downsizing and ultimately moving on to transitional living, whatever the case may be, this kind of closes the chapters of those rehabs with KC Property Guys.
