In Missouri, the entire process occurs ahead of time, and you need to be ready because everything moves much quicker. The entire foreclosure process can finish within as little as 30 days, so you may not have much time. You can still sell the house, but you must do so within that time frame (not just a contract or agreement, but a firm closing on the house).
This makes dealing with a realtor almost impossible. You can, however, accomplish this within 10 to 12 business days, if you work with KC Property Guys.
