Biggest Challenge: Driveway had a lot of slope and backyard had a large negative grade toward the house but did not need Kansas City mudjacking services.  Overcame with tree trimming, a new retaining wall with french drain, added a rock patio with fire pit.   Basement was unfinished and financials did not allow a finish to maintain margin.
